Office hours, meeting clients

I meet my clients generally in my office, which is located on Malinovského náměstí 4, 660 87 Brno. (Many times, my address is mistakenly written by officials as Malinovského náměstí 4, 602 00 Brno, but it is, as I have written it.) In case, that it is necessary, client is not capable to come to my office, because of his or her disability, lower level of movability, car brakdown, I am able to visit this client in his or her office or house. At present time, since I am very occupied, I was forced to limit visiting clients outside of my office and I have to ask clients, to rather call on me in my office. I meet clients, basically in my office, always from Monday through Friday, from 8:0 until 17:00, that is from 8 o'clock in the morning to 5 o'clock in the afternoon. In case, when it is necessary, we can meet even outside of these hours, however, only in cases, when it is needed. When it is needed, we can meet even on Saturday and Sunday, but only, when it is necessary. For late telephone calls use telephone with the number +420 607 048 371. This number you can use 24 hours a day.

I meet my client usually only upon previous arrangement. If you come to my office without an appointment, then it is very possible, that I will not be there, or I will be just about to leave, or I will talk to another client, or simply with somebody else and I will not be able to pay attention to you. It is very uncalled-for, to interrupt a meeting, which is already taking place and speak to someone new even if it is a very short conversation and then again follow on once interrupted conversation. For this reason, I ask all my clients, to make an appointment. The best way, how to make an appointment, is to leave me a message with a contact and I get back to you, as soon as possible. I respond to each message, no matter in which form it was conveyed, that is, if it was sent by electronic mail (e-mail), sms, message left on message machine, message left with an employee. You can also send me a regular letter, like we all did in the older days, before the advent of mobile telephones, notebooks and others. Still, today, many clients use this way of contact, especially, the older ones.

I need to emphasize, that I am not a member of any bar, with the exception of Czech Bar Association. This means, that I may not represent or defend anybody outside of the Czech republic, not even in very close countries, such as Slovakia or Austria. At the same time it is true, that I may represent my clients all over the Czech republic. I am not limited to Brno, town, where I live. In fact, I actually travel to different courts in different towns in the Czech republic. To various places of the Czech republic I travel frequently.
